After raising five kids I decided to learn to play a musical instrument. I chose the Mountain Dulcimer because it was fairly easy to understand, and a very sociable instrument. That was twenty years ago. Now, fourteen grandchildren later I am stil involved with my beloved instrument. I am a workshop leader at area festivals and have helped many people get started on their music path.
In 2003 I retired from twenty three years of serving Mentaly Retarded folks in my community. Now I pursue my passions without time pressure.
My latest efforts have been in learning to tame the air compressor and air brush I acquired in January 2005. So I have begun making T-shirts with my musical instrument designs airbrushed on them. To my delight these have been well received and have found their way around the country, and two of them are in France. Look around at the next dulcimer festival and you may find some one sporting one of my shirts
October 2006:
Many Festivals past and so onto  new pursuits.I found two American girl Dolls at a rummage sale.  Not many clothes came with the dolls so I decided to make a few items.  I made enough to dress my dolls, and  to dress the dolls my granddaughters  had, II was having to much fun to quit. Now I am making some to sell.
January 2008:
The passion for designing doll clothes has not let up. Some already sold samples have been added to my pages here. Soon there will be items available for sale.
